Flagship liquid biostimulant

Our flagship biostimulant for industry (K30-L) is a liquid keratin-based product produced through the hydrothermal and enzymatic hydrolysis of poultry feathers.

  • Total nitrogen (N): 4.8% (w/w)

  • Organic nitrogen (N): 4.8% (w/w)

Amino acid profile

Distinctive for its poultry feather origin, our flagship biostimulant features an amino acid profile enriched with serine (ser) and cysteine (cys) - key components that contribute to its exceptional performance in plant nutrition and health.

Molecular weight distribution

The production of our flagship biostimulant involves non-aggressive, non-chemical hydrolysis techniques, resulting in a balanced molecular weight profile that supports a wide range of plant metabolic processes:

  • 48% Free Amino Acids and Small Oligopeptides (< 1000 Dalton):
    Quickly absorbed and immediately available to plants for metabolic functions.

  • 28% Larger Plant-Absorbable Metabolic Signalling Peptides (1000–2500 Da):
    Promote enhanced metabolic responses and resilience.

  • 25% Large Peptides (> 2500 Dalton):
    Associated with anti-fungal defence mechanisms, contributing to plant protection.

Spray dried biostimulant

Our facility is equipped with a spray-drying installation, enabling us to deliver most hydrolysate products in powder form next to their liquid counterparts. Spray-dried products are available only for larger order volumes.

Below the specifications for K80-SD, the spray-dried version of K30-L, based on the hydrothermal and enzymatic hydrolysis of poultry feathers.
